GCS Series Low-Voltage Withdrawable Switchgear
The GCS series units are suitable for power distribution systems in industries such as power generation, petroleum, chemicals, metallurgy, textiles, and high-rise buildings. Designed for use in environments requiring high levels of automation and computer interfacing—such as large power plants and petrochemical facilities—these low-voltage complete power distribution units are employed for power distribution, centralized motor control, and reactive power compensation in systems with a three-phase AC frequency of 50 (60) Hz, rated operating voltages of 380 (400) V or 660 V, and rated currents up to 4000 A.

The GCS series units are suitable for power distribution systems in industries such as power generation, petroleum, chemicals, metallurgy, textiles, and high-rise buildings. They serve as low-voltage complete power distribution assemblies for power generation and supply systems—specifically for power distribution, centralized motor control, and reactive power compensation—in settings requiring high levels of automation and computer interfacing (such as large power plants and petrochemical facilities). These units are designed for three-phase AC systems with frequencies of 50 (60) Hz, rated operating voltages of 380 (400) V or 660 V, and rated currents up to 4000 A.
Product compliance standards: GB7251 "Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies," JB/T9661 "Low-voltage withdrawable switchgear assemblies," and IEC60439-1 "Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies."
Normal operating conditions
1. Ambient air temperature: Maximum +40°C, minimum -5°C; the average temperature over a 24-hour period must not exceed +35°C. 2. Ambient air relative humidity: Not exceeding 50% at a maximum temperature of +40°C; higher relative humidity is permissible at lower temperatures (e.g., 90% at +20°C), provided that the effects of occasional condensation due to temperature changes are taken into account. Altitude: Indoor installation sites must not exceed 2000 m.
2. Installation inclination: The tilt from the vertical plane must not exceed 5°, and the lineup of cabinets must be relatively level (in compliance with the GBJ232-82 standard). 5. Installation location: The unit should be installed in a place free from severe vibration or impact and free from conditions that would cause undue corrosion of electrical components. 6. Special requirements: Please consult the company if the user has specific requirements.
